Sassy Yoga Newsletter 🧘🏻‍♀️ Our Yoga Community

Hi Hutch,

Well that was a big week!

You may have heard by now that I had a pretty big week last week. For those who don’t know, during the week I had taken my mother into Emergency due to ill health and while I was at the hospital, my car was stolen. For those asking, no, my car has not been found as yet. Yes! I had lots of valuable items in the car, including 3 of my precious Tibetan Sound Bowls.

However, the most precious item, which is my mum, is still in hospital. She is better, but only just. She is in good hands however and we hope to have her home soon.

I’m always completely humbled by our Yoga Community. In times of sadness or difficulty they are the first to support, encourage and offer kindness and help. This never ceases to amaze me.

I am aware that many of you have formed independent and solid friendships outside of yoga studio and I cannot tell you how happy this makes me. One of the greatest gifts of our studio isn’t just the yoga. It’s the community.

Week after week, I watch our community quietly look after one another. A kind word to someone who’s had a tough week. A welcoming smile for a new face. Checking in when someone hasn’t been to class for a while. Small gestures that often go unnoticed, but make all the difference.

Yoga has always been about connection, not only with ourselves, but with those around us. In a world that can sometimes feel disconnected, having a community where you feel seen, supported, and welcomed is unique and special.

Thank you to all of you for helping make our studio not just your yoga home but a safe community for all. A community has been created that lifts each other up, both on and off the mat.

Thank you for all of your support this week and every week.

Here is the your Yoga Timetable for the week ahead. Book your classes here!

Ps- I received lots of feedback last week on my newsletter and the photos which were all mine, so I thought I would include more. The first photo was taken where my car was stolen. However, when I took that photo, I didn’t know that it was stolen yet. I was just admiring the 3am fog in Heidelberg. Wishing you all a great week ahead x
