Sassy Yoga Retreat FAQs

Do I have to be ‘good’ at yoga?
There is no "good"at yoga! Yoga is a personal practice. All yoga classes (and all activities) on the retreat are completely optional. You may participate in as much, or as little as you like.  Each retreat has a slightly different theme and intention. Some retreats are more suited to beginners and others are more suited to people who regularly practice at an intermediate yoga level. Please read the retreat description carefully and if you are in any doubt, please reach out to Susie (Susie is the Sassy in Sassy Yoga) and speak to her. Feel free to email your name and number and Susie will call you to discuss.

You can contact her here: sassyyoga13@gmail.com

What’s the food like?
Unless specified (i.e. vegetarian), the menu includes a wide range of food. Usually, we provide healthy, unprocessed, handmade food by our handpicked chefs. Our menu is delicious and nourishing and has been curated to support our yoga practice. Your personal preferences (vegetarian, vegan etc) are catered for. The food is always delicious and is often one of the highlights of the retreat.

Can I come on my own if I don’t know anyone?
Absolutely!!If you come on your own, you may leave with 10 new friends! You can be as social or introspective as you like. The yoga space is a safe space. Many people join the retreats solo and don’t know anyone there.  Usually, people are friendly and open and inclusive.

What if I don’t want to share a room?
At every retreat, there are private and shared room options. Private rooms usually sell out first. If you know that you prefer a private room, we recommend that you book in as soon as you know that you want to attend. Retreats can sell out quickly.

Can I pay in installments?

Some retreats have a payment plan automatically listed as an option when you book. If this payment plan is not suitable for you, reach out to Susie directly and a personal payment plan can be arranged. Contact  sassyyoga13@gmail.com  to arrange this.
